TERMS AND CONDITIONS   

Terms are as follows: Buyer is responsible for all taxes, tags and license fees, and transport. There is a $299.50 dealer services fee (TAKES CARE OF PAPERWORK, PRE VEHICLE DELIVERY COSTS, Re-detail your car inside and out, add fuel to 1/4 tank, FEDEX, ETC.), and a $19 temporary tag fee (A 90-DAY TEMPORARY REGISTRATION SO THE VEHICLE MAY BE DRIVEN PRIOR TO TRANSFER OF TITLE IN YOUR AREA). A $500 DEPOSIT IS DUE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF CLOSE OF AUCTION, PAYMENT IN FULL WITHIN 5 DAYS OF CLOSE OF AUCTION VIA MONEY WIRE OR CERTIFIED FUNDS. IF THE TRANSACTION IS NOT PAID WITHIN THE TIME ALLOWED, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RETAIN YOUR DEPOSIT AND RESELL TO THE NEXT HIGHEST BIDDER OR RE-LIST THE ITEM. Credit cards or PayPal are NOT accepted for full payment, only for deposits. IF YOU ARE FINANCING, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE PRE-APPROVED BEFORE BIDDING!! DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS! 

We are licensed and regulated by the State of Arizona Motor Vehicle Division and the Federal Government which mandates a Buyer’s Guide on all vehicles sold under our site. ALL VEHICLES REGARDLESS OF YEAR, MAKE OR MODEL will be sold AS IS, NO WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED! YOU, THE WINNING BIDDER, WILL PAY ALL COSTS FOR ANY REPAIRS. We will store your vehicle up to 30 days free, however you must provide full coverage insurance. We will not be responsible for damage or theft while in storage here.

Also, eBay changed certain policies regarding bid retractions; We will no longer allow any bid retractions within the last 2 days of auction end. If you do retract, we reserve the right to cancel the auction and re-list the vehicle. We love to offer rust-free older vehicles -- some for less then $2,000.00 -- however we find many of you want to drive these cars thousands of miles home. Please be aware we do not recommend these old classics being driven such long distances. On all vehicles we offer here on eBay we perform a mechanical safety inspection. We have a full service repair facility offering discounted rates to our eBay customers. At your request, we are able to perform most repairs or make custom modifications after you purchase your vehicle. We also offer special pricing on maintenance items including: oil changes, hose and belt replacement, tires etc. We want you to enjoy your buying experience, and also get you home safely. It has been a pleasure and a challenge over the past 4 years here on eBay selling over 4,800 vehicles. We listened and learned a lot. We understand eBay and used motor vehicles. After all, our family has been in the automobile business for over 30 years. A lot has changed since then. eBay is fun! It’s exciting! And yes, it's serious business.
